Terms and Conditions 3 Year RTB warranty starting on date of recorded delivery. Warranty only applies to Halos, excluding OEM housings lenses and wiring. Warranty void if tamper stickers have been tampered with or if the car was involved in an accident, no exceptions. Supraledrears supply these LED conversions for show purposes. Supraledrears takes no responsibility for any damage to property or injury caused by improper installation. Invoice number corresponds to tamperproof sticker. Invoice number locked to customer, resale voids warranty. Out of warranty repairs available. Using a jet wash near the lights in the first 60 days will void warranty. Upon return of items with water inside, I will do a video to show if any jet wash pressure destroyed parts of the seal before opening them. Supraledrears not liable for custom charges in your country. Buyer responsible to pay and reclaim import taxes if item is returned to the UK for any reason, be it repair or resale. If you are sending your lights to Supraledrears, you are responsible for paying the import charges and duties in the UK. Supraledrears do not pay towards installation at customers end but help will always be on hand. Although great care is taken, dust particels or hair inside the cluster might be present. Any cancellations will incur a 35% restocking fee after the first 30 days. If you cancel after 30 days and you have bought new s2 lights with an order, you will need to pay for postage and the oem housings will be shipped to you. This will be subtracted from the refund and if the lights were already split, a 50GBP charge will incur to close them again. If you paid less than what the housings are worth, you have two weeks from cancellation to pay for them in full. If you haven’t paid for them in full, you will forfeit the refund owed by Supraledrears and not receive the housings. Headlight orders cannot be amended after 20 days unless you’re adding to the order. If you decide to downgrade, you’ll still pay the same amount and will receive the items you wanted removing with the order in a separate bag or you can choose to sell them to Supraledrears. Manufacturing times are currently not guaranteed with suppliers still reopening and slow shipping times due to covid19.
